IntakeBolt is at the early access stage. This notice tells you, in plain English, what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this marketing site is the email address you submit via the early access form, together with any context you choose to share when you write to us.
Who controls the data
The controller is IntakeBolt; registered company information is pending and will be added here once incorporation is complete.
How long we keep it
We retain early access contact details for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which the record is deleted unless you have signed a pilot agreement that supersedes this notice.
Lawful basis
We process this information on the lawful basis of legitimate interest under UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); the legitimate interest is operating an early access programme and replying to people who ask about it.
Your rights
Right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and complain to the ICO. To exercise any of these, write to us at the address below; we will respond within one calendar month.
