These terms cover the IntakeBolt marketing site. They are not the agreement under which you use the IntakeBolt product.

Informational use

This marketing site is provided for informational purposes only. It describes our product and available workflows and the process for enquiring about a subscription; it is not an offer to contract.

Demos, proposals and onboarding

An enquiry requests a response from the team. It does not reserve a demo appointment, create an account or start a subscription. After a demo and assessment of your requirements, we may provide a subscription proposal. Use of the product is governed by a separate agreement specifying the subscription, configuration scope, responsibilities, charges and applicable terms. Integration setup and invitations for your team are arranged once that scope is agreed.

Examples and compatibility

Product previews use sample data. Calculator results illustrate your entered assumptions and do not guarantee savings. Compatibility depends on assessment of your systems and configuration. Connections labelled as planned are not currently available. Any commercial commitment must be recorded in the agreed proposal and service agreement.

We make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of the content on this marketing page. Use it as a starting point, not as the final word.

Governing law

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this site are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
